While still dealing with having to kill her Dad turned Zombie, only friend turned Wulfen and numerous attempts on her life... Dru now has new challenges. She has become head of the Order, a group of elite djamphir sworn to protect her but proven to only hide the truth. With her best friend kidnapped by her nemesis and murderer of her mother, she must look for help within the Order she neither understands or trusts. FINALLY ~ Ms. Dru has found her backbone! Well, about half way through the book. Yay!! I had lost a little of my warm fuzzies for this series with Jealousy but have found that special little tingle again. I still find myself giving our little heroin eye rolls and quick little mental beat downs, but perhaps that is what makes her so endearing?? She's a wreck and let's face it....aren't we all at some point? Can't wait for the next installment.
